International Orders
If you are an international customer (outside of the USA), please use our convenient online e-mail form on our our contact page or call us at 00-1-800-838-0334 with a description of the item(s) you wish to purchase (i.e. 1 Asana T shirt—Crane design—small) and your complete shipping address. We will quickly reply to your request with the shipping options available and the relative shipping/handling charges. Our customer service representatives are available between 9-11am Mondays and Fridays and Tuesday—Thursday 9-5pm Eastern Standard Time. (Please note that customer service calls are handled only by English speaking representatives at this time.)
We prefer to use the US Postal Service Airmail (4-10 days) for international shipments. USPS Priority Mail (6-10 Days) is available for those customers who want the least expensive option and are willing to wait for the package. USPS Global Express Mail is the quickest method (3-5 days) available.
International Duties and Taxes
Note: all international shipments must list the value of merchandise on the outside of the package for customs reasons. All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient.
