ABOUT THE POSTURE CARDS

Each posture card comes complete with instructional adimages on the front and detailed directions on the back.

The My Yoga 2 Go practice system posture cards each display a minimum of one photo of the pose, the Sanskrit name of the pose, its’ English translation and the color and number of its’ recommended sequences, if any, on the front side of the card. The back contains more detailed step-by-step directions, benefits or modifications associated with the pose and variations of the posture.
